About the project

An internal NICE app that helps employees find the right products for each client. Start with a business challenge, a product or a client profile to explore relevant solutions. We brought the information into a mobile interface that makes it easy to move between options and find a good fit.

Content & navigation

We built the navigation around three starting points: business challenges, client profiles and products. Users can explore a challenge, focus on a goal and find products that address it, or go straight to a product or profile. Connections between these paths show which NICE solution fits each need.
