About the project

Hatovea AI helps people prepare small claims with Mike, a smart assistant who guides them through the process.
We designed the experience and interface, breaking a complex process into clear, manageable steps. Simple navigation, readable information and focused screens make the next action clear at every stage.

The website

We turned claim preparation into a chat, with short questions and choice buttons that guide users one step at a time. A progress bar shows what’s complete and what’s ahead, from entering details to uploading documents and confirming the claim. The interface works across desktop and mobile so the process feels comfortable on any screen.
